WTPD Program Overview

 WTPD Program- This program is scheduled for 3 workouts per week, totaling 30 workouts in 10 weeks. Each week will have two strength days (20 total) and 1 cardio day (10 total). The strength days will pair bench & squats together on one day and shoulder press & deadlifts on the other. At the end of each strength day, there will be a “finisher” section that will incorporate the overall muscle groups of that strength section. This section is designed to be a highly intense and finish your workout with a high calorie burn.  The cardio days will incorporate some type of running, biking, rowing and body weight exercises. If a workout calls for equipment you do not have access to, make do with what you have available, example 10 minute row, substitute it with a 10 minute stationary bike etc.
