If you are just starting one of our workout programs we encourage you to first read through the program overview. These overviews are listed at the top of this page under the specific workout program.
Currently there are two different programs; LEO-fit program and the S&C 5x5 program. The LEO-fit program is the original workout program that we designed specifically for law enforcement. It focuses on quick daily workouts which includes major muscle group strength building. The S&C 5x5 program is more of traditional strength & conditioning workout program.
